H4A Healthcare Solutions ("us", "we", or "our") operate the Yahinse Mobile App (the "Service"), And .This page informs you of our policies regarding the refund of products/services purchased from us.All our services are subject to Satara Jurisdiction. invoice is issued under our standard business terms and does not provide privilege to its addressed user for seeking damages for any reason including but not limited to financial, reputation etc.Any issues arising out of non credit of online payments done to us; it is customer responsibility to get in touch with associated banks.
Any subsciption fee paid on the application via any payment mode is refundable if the subscriber has paid for the subscription where the company does not have any service available. in these situations, the customer can raise a ticket from the application and the company shall ensure the refund has been processed.
If the customer is not satisfied with the services of the company, a grievience ticket can be submitted via the application. a customer care number is also available for support.
The refund will be processed in the same bank from which the payment has been received by H4A healthcare solutions of the complete amount in full within 7 working days after receiving the refund request.
If the customer has used the service for more than 2 times and has been catered successfully, in those circumstances, the customer will not be given any refund.
A refund from the company is only possible if the correct details of the bank account have been received by the company and it will be the responsibility of the customer to get in touch with the company to seek a refund and provide appropriate details required to initiate the refund
